The purpose of the Golden Beads in Montessori education is to help children understand quantity and place value through a concrete, hands-on approach, making it easier for them to grasp abstract mathematical concepts.
This control chart is an extension lesson for children working with the Montessori golden beads. They can color and label the blackline master after they have learned the names of the golden beads.
