1. How do I download my files?

After your checkout is complete, our system will create download links on the final checkout page - Wait to close the window until the links have completely loaded. You will also be emailed your download links - please check your spam folder.

2. I've lost some of my files, what do I do?

You can use the email we sent you with the download links. If you no longer have that email, you can sign into your account. Find the order with the files you need from your Order History and note the Order #. Please email us and let us know the Order #. We will send you another download link to access the files.

3. What format are the files?

Our files are PDFs. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (a free download).

4. Do you sell printed materials?

We only sell digital files.

5. Do I have to register an account?

You do not have to register an account, but you will find checkout faster, and you can look up past purchases in your Account History.

6. If I agree to subscribe to your newsletters, how often will I get emails?

We send emails approx. once a month (the odd time there may be two if it's about something important). We will let you know what sales we have for the month, if there are any current discount coupon codes, and if we have any new items. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a newsletter.

7. I can't log into my account. It says "incorrect email or password."

You may not have a registered account. In that case, sign up for an account. If you're sure your email address is correct, click the link "Forgot your password?". If you made your purchases before 2020, you might have purchased from our old store, which is no longer functioning. In that case, email us, and we'll create an account for you and update our new store with your old orders.

8. What is your return policy?

Once files are downloaded, they are non-refundable. If you have purchased a duplicate file in error, please let us know the order numbers, and we will refund you for the duplicate purchase.

9. Why has my payment been declined?

There are many reasons why credit cards can be declined. Our store does not approve or decline credit card transactions; that is done by your card issuer (bank or credit card company). Please contact them if you do not know the reason for the decline. Call the number on the back of your card to inquire. Common reasons include:

An AMI certified Montessori teacher has created our materials. She was taught by Renilde Montessori and has over 30 years of Montessori experience.
